When God's beloved pray, heaven moves and earth trembles - Discover Daniel's Call.
He was a prisoner in a foreign land; he along with his entire nation. Years had gone by and with no hope on the horizon, this is where they thought they would stay... forever. Daniel rescued his nation from eternal exile. And he did it without lifting a finger.
Like Joseph ages before his time, God's favor on Daniel caused him to become the governor of the entire province of Babylon, the most powerful and ruthless empire of the land. And this is precisely where the citizens of the Kingdom of Judah found themselves as refugees forcibly removed from their land. This was not easy on Daniel. It was a trauma of years - he saw the occupation and destruction of his country by an immensely overpowering army, then became a prisoner of war among many others and was uprooted to a land so far away, not just in distance, but by appearance, culture and language too. After years of this, one day his heart finally gave way and he mourned and cried aloud to God. Yet what Daniel did, would have been baffling to those around him.
Daniel took it upon himself to intercede for his family and tribe, nation and people, and even his ancestors! He was neither a priest (who were of the Levite tribe) nor of royal descent to be able to do this. But he was the beloved of God - and he knew it - and when the beloved of God pray, heaven moves and earth trembles! Immediately, an angel was sent to him and told him so much; of the return of his people and the coming of the Messiah and everlasting righteousness!
Daniel lived to see the unthinkable impossibility of his people returning to their land... and I believe it was because of his prayer. He saw Ezra rise and lead the Judaens (citizens of the kingdom of Judah - who were from the tribes of Judah, Benjamin and Levi) back to Jerusalem to rebuild their temple. Nehemiah would later come and built the walls of their city. Both did these mighty feats with the blessing of the Persian kings who reigned during their time.
My friends, Daniel, Nehemiah and Ezra lived under the Old Covenant. They only had glimpses of the "everlasting righteousness" of Christ... the righteousness that you have today. They confessed the sins of their people because Jesus, the Lamb of God, had not yet come to bring forgiveness... but now that He has, the sins of the world are forever washed away. If they did these mighty feats, under the law, how much greater things will you do, who are under the grace of Jesus?
It doesn't matter how desperate and hopeless the plight of your people may be. Nor does it matter what religion your kinfolk practice or what sins they have committed. When the beloved sons and daughters of God rise to intercede for their people - with the gift of righteousness burning in their hearts and the favor of the Almighty crowning their heads - awesome things will happen! Do you believe this?
This is your inheritance, you're birthright in Jesus Christ. Don't despise it, cherish it! Greater things are coming...

Bomber verse:
"Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. The Nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes all around, and see: They all gather together, they come to you; Your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be nursed at your side. Then you shall see and become radiant, and your heart shall swell with joy."
(Isa 60:1-5)
