Do you SEE Jesus saving you? Look up! - A vision of the little girl and Leviathan

What scares you? Do you fear anything today? Are there things you are afraid of, real things that may happen or things in your past or even things in the present? The enemy is always good at keeping these fears alive, for as long as you remain blind to the Lord's fiery love for you, this fear will paralyze you. You don't want that. I hope this vision will speak to you about the reality of many believers today... the solution is so simple.

Vision

Related imageWhile waiting for the bus the other day when it was dark, I suddenly saw (with eyes opened) a little girl in a glade. She was a wearing a long dress, red and white with little flowers drawn it it. She even wore a red and white headscarf, almost like little red riding hood. In her hand she carried a basket as she picked spring flowers, basking in the sunshine in a glade of a forest.

She was very happy and oblvious. It was very peaceful and then I realized something negative was coming. I froze the vision. Literally. And the Lord told me I could stop it if I wish, anytime, that I did not have to see the end if I did not want. But I felt as soon as His Spirit said this, that God's visions are not like bad-ending movies (which I absolutely loathe). I knew from what He said that this vision would not end badly. So I let it flow again.

Related imageThen out comes this crocodile-like sea dinosaur, leaping from depths and over the tops of the trees. It is blackened and flaming at the same time; it's gaping jaw revealing a hissing tongue and rows of numerous, sword-like ivory teeth. It comes from behind the trees and the girl screams with fright and lowers herself raising her hands to block her head. But as soon as the monster had lept up, I see a large Man coming up and He stands between the monster and the girl, which was still quite far from the girl, up above the trees... the monster didn't even get close to the girl.

Related imageAnd with His back turned against the monster, His arms raised up, and His face towards the girl, He holds the monster in place. Yes, He was very large. The Man is kindled Himself with Fire, as if He was absorbing the wrath of the monster and although He was aflame and became fiery red and orange, it did not hurt Him.

The monster can do nothing. But the girl is still burying her face and looking into the ground sobbing with fear. And the Man - who by know I realize, is the Lord Jesus(!) looks at the girl with a Father's love and pleads with her, words that were heartbreaking:

"My Daughter! My Daughter! Rise, Look up, look up!" But she could not hear Him over the din of her own sobs... He then blared with all His might and love, "Daughter, Look at Me!"

I get the feeling that His voice shook the entire earth and finally the girl looked up.

---end of vision---

The monster clearly represented the fears and enemy from the deep. Yet look at how Jesus was lighting quick to be our Shield. It is written that Jesus absorbed every curse and every harm and evil under the sun:
So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham. For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them." But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for "the just shall live by faith." Yet the law is not of faith, but "the man who does them shall live by them." Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree"), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the [YOU] in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Gal 3:9-14
Did you notice that our redemption from the curse of the Law also requires an understanding of the Grace of Jesus on our part?

Now if we are so blessed and so protected, it's time we shifted our focus from the creeping fears of the deep which Jesus has made powerless. It's time to stand, with heads lifted high, rejoicing in the Lord and His Salvation as we look to Him alone.

Death is swallowed up in victory. O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory? The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.  But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. 1 Cor 15:55-58

His Grace and Peace be multiplied to you all.
