The light in you
"…the righteousness of faith speaks in this way…'The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart' (that is, the word of faith which we preach)…" Rom 10:8,9
Many a time we seek help from heaven. We look up, beat our chest, kneel and beg and lament crying out to God. But the righteousness of faith, (that is, the right standing that comes by depending on what Jesus the Christ did for you,) does not speak like that. Instead it says that the word, the blessing, the command to bring provision, whatever it is you seek, is not up and out there. No. It is near you, right on your lips and in your heart. The light at the end of the tunnel which we hope for, is on the inside for the child of God – because you are a temple of the Holy Spirit all His glory dwells in you, all His provision, blessing, joy, love and peace, His fruit and wonders and miracles – they are all in you! This day open your mouth, command your heart, encourage your soul in Jesus, the One who dwells in you and “Arise, shine for your light has come and the glory of Yahowah is risen on you!” (Isa 60:1)
